TSRTC, APSRTC, KSRTC, expected to run special buses from Hyderabad to various places like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Warangal, Karnataka, Vijayawada, Rajamundry, Chennai, Pune, Srisailam, Bhadrachalam, Shirdi, Tirupati, Karimnagar, Adilabad, Medak, Nizamabad.

In view of Dasara, KSRTC will operate over 1,500 extra buses to various places from October 21 to 23. The buses will be operated from Kempegowda Bus Station, Mysore Road Bus Station, Shanthinagar BMTC TTMC and Sri Basaveshwara Bus Station (Peenya). Special buses will also be operated from various destinations intra and interstate to Bengaluru from October 24 to 27.
According to a KSRTC release, 140 special buses will ply from Mysore Road Bus Station to Mysuru. Special buses will also be operated to pilgrim places such as Dharmasthala, Kukke Subramanya, Sringeri, Horanadu, and to Hyderabad, Chennai, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Salem, and other places in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
Arrangements for package tours have been made for tourists coming to Mysuru: Giridharshini:Bandipur, Gopalaswamy Hills, B.R. Hills, Nanjangud, and Chamundi Hills (Rs. 350 for adult and Rs. 175 for child); Jaladarshini: Golden Temple (Bylakuppe); Dabare Forest Nisargadhama, Raja Seat, Harangi Reservoir and KRS (adult Rs. 375 and child Rs. 190); Devadharshini: Nanjangud, Bluff, Madukuthore, Talakad, Somanathapura, and Srirangapatna (adult Rs. 275 and child Rs. 140).
Information centres have been set up in Mysuru city and at bus stations.
